Returns & Refunds Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing it and no reason needed.

If you received your order, you have 1 day from the delivery date (or the date a third party you appointed takes possession) to cancel it.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will refund your payment within 1 day using the same payment method you used for the order. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The items were purchased within the last 15 days.

The items are in their original packaging.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Return Goods

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned items or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.

If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
